Future Leaders

What does the future of technology look like for the next generation and what do young people want from the organisations shaping it?
Technology and digitalisation are changing how we learn, work and live at extraordinary speed. For young people entering education, employment and the wider world of work, that brings huge opportunities but also important questions about skills, inclusion, wellbeing, opportunity and what the future might hold.
Future Leaders: Shaping Our Digital Future will bring together young people, emerging talent and leaders from across industry and the region for an interactive afternoon exploring the future of technology and digitalisation through the eyes of the next generation.
This won’t be a traditional conference or careers fair. Young people will be at the heart of the event sharing their experiences, showcasing ideas and innovation, asking challenging questions and having their say on the issues that matter to them.

Shaping Our Digital Future

Industry leaders will be in the room too to listen, respond and better understand the ambitions, concerns and perspectives of the generation who will help shape what comes next.

About the afternoon

Future Leaders brings young people together to explore how technology is shaping the future, to share their ambitions and concerns and to make sure their voices help shape the opportunities, skills and choices that come next.

The afternoon is curated by young people, for young people. It is interactive throughout, with live polling in every session. Senior leaders and policymakers will be in the audience to listen and learn what the next generation wants from the future of work.
